What I offer
In-house Training
Training at your company, on site or online. I match content, examples and pace to your teams.
- 1–3 day workshops
- Max. 15 participants
- Digital materials included
Team Coaching
Long-term support for your agile teams. I work with your people on the work that's already in their backlog, in the project rather than a seminar room.
- Monthly coaching packages
- Sprint reviews & retros
- Stakeholder communication
Transformation Support
Want to go agile but not sure where to start? I guide the introduction of Scrum, Kanban or hybrid frameworks with a clear roadmap.
- Assessment & roadmap
- Framework rollout
- Change management
AI Integration & Strategy
AI literacy for project teams, from the basics to safe day-to-day use. Since February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required providers and deployers to ensure their staff have adequate AI literacy.
- AI literacy workshops (Art. 4 EU AI Act)
- Use cases & governance in project work
- Team licences for the AI courses included
Practise difficult conversations before they happen
Included in every team licence: Kai, the AI learning assistant, plays the person on the other side of the table — the one your methods usually founder on. Your people run the conversation, get pushback instead of agreement, and a straight assessment afterwards — and they can run it again as often as they like, so nobody has to learn it the hard way in a live escalation.
Every role comes with a profile: what this person is measured on, how they come across, and what won't get through to them. You choose the opening situation, so your people can practise the same role more than once. Which counterparts appear depends on the course.
- A sponsor who wants date and scope fixed at the same time
- A developer who calls the plan unrealistic
- A works council that pushes back on the rollout of an AI tool

Who I've worked with
StackFuel GmbH, Berlin
Content development · Digital learning · Berlin
Support in developing and structuring digital learning content for technical audiences. Focus: instructional design, agile content development, content quality assurance.
City of Hannover, Fire Department
Agile team workshop · Facilitation · Coaching
Three-day workshop for an initiative that had no place in day-to-day operations — too big for a card, too long-range for a single week. Outcome: a shared working basis and a fixed weekly rhythm the team carries on with on its own.
