Withdraw from contract
You can withdraw from your contract electronically here — without signing in and without giving a reason. Immediately afterwards you will receive an acknowledgement by email stating the content of your declaration and the date and time of its receipt.
This is a translation for convenience. In case of discrepancies, the German version prevails — deutsche Fassung.
If you waived your right of withdrawal
When purchasing a course, you expressly declare that we may begin providing the content immediately, and that your right of withdrawal expires once performance begins (§ 356(5) BGB, German Civil Code). If access has already been activated, the right of withdrawal has as a rule expired.
Declare your withdrawal here nonetheless if you wish to do so. We examine every case individually and will contact you — in particular where access had not yet been activated.
Other ways
A withdrawal is not subject to any particular form. An informal email to info@agile-forge.com is just as effective as the form above. The full instructions on withdrawal, including the model withdrawal form, are set out in the terms and conditions.
What happens next
If your withdrawal is effective, we will reimburse any payments already made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt, using the same means of payment. You will not incur any costs as a result. If your right of withdrawal had already expired, we will contact you and explain why.
What we do with your details
Your name, contract reference, email address and any voluntary reason are stored in order to process your withdrawal and to evidence its receipt. Further information is set out in our privacy policy.
