Withdraw from contract
You can withdraw from your contract electronically here — without signing in and without giving a reason. Immediately afterwards you will receive an acknowledgement by email stating the content of your declaration and the date and time of its receipt.
This is a translation for convenience. In case of discrepancies, the German version prevails — deutsche Fassung.
If your right of withdrawal has already expired
When purchasing a course, you expressly declare that we may begin providing the content immediately, and that your right of withdrawal expires once performance begins (§ 356(5) BGB, German Civil Code). If access has already been activated, the right of withdrawal will normally have expired.
You can still declare your withdrawal here if you wish. We examine every case individually and will contact you — in particular where access had not yet been activated.
Separately: courses and course bundles come with a voluntary satisfaction guarantee. If your purchase was no more than 14 days ago, you get the full amount back — regardless of whether the statutory right of withdrawal still exists. A short note on the reason is welcome but not a condition. A message to info@agile-forge.com or this form is enough. The wording is in § 4 C of the terms.
Other ways
A withdrawal is not subject to any particular form. An informal email to info@agile-forge.com is just as effective as the form above. The full instructions on withdrawal, including the model withdrawal form, are set out in the terms and conditions.
What happens next
If your withdrawal is effective, we will reimburse any payments already made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt, using the same means of payment. You will not incur any costs as a result. If your right of withdrawal had already expired, the satisfaction guarantee applies to courses and course bundles bought within the last 14 days, and we refund all the same. For older purchases we will contact you and explain where things stand.
What we do with your details
Your name, contract reference, email address and any voluntary reason are stored in order to process your withdrawal and to evidence its receipt. Further information is set out in our privacy policy.
