Philip Mueller
I help project managers, Scrum Masters and leaders actually apply agile methods and AI tools — not just in the training room.
My experience spans over 10 years of project work: as a Senior Consultant at PwC and a Manager at KPMG on transformation and due-diligence projects, as a trainer at Maxpert teaching ITIL 4, PRINCE2, Scrum and DevOps, and today as the founder of Agile Forge. Over that time I learned that methodology alone doesn't save projects — it takes people who understand the why and apply the how in everyday work.
Agile Forge was built on that conviction: a platform designed so that what you learn lands in the project you're actually running.

The exercises produce the documents your project needs anyway: a roles and responsibilities matrix, a stakeholder matrix, a prioritised backlog. You fill them in for your own work and Kai checks them against a defined set of criteria. When the course ends, your project has moved on — not just your knowledge.
Methodology meets AI
Status reports, risk analysis, stakeholder communication: for each task the course shows where AI improves the output and where it only adds noise. The free YouTube series covers eleven of these workflows.
