Praxis by Agile Forge · Start for free

What's on your plate this week?

Bring whatever is on your plate. In Praxis, it becomes an exercise.

In the agile and operations courses you work on your own project; the AI course uses one case project throughout.

01 · Your sentence

Things people say in projects. Which one is yours right now?

02 · Where is your project?

Real wording from Praxis, shortened

What an assessed exercise looks like: line by line, with one sentence on what is missing.

This is Kai's response to a real submission in exercise 6.3 of the course. The three lines are the rubric lines that were not met. This is how the result reads before you submit the exercise a second time.

Assessment

Kai: “Marking everything as Must-have is not prioritisation.”

  • –The role “user” — not specific enough
  • –The benefit “everyone happier” — an empty phrase
  • –Acceptance criteria — missing entirely

What stays: your results, prompts and agents.

  • Prompts and agents, explained step by step
  • Impulses in the app, five a day, progress synced across devices
A taste from the resources: Finding the risks nobody has named yet

You are an experienced project manager looking for risks in an initiative, especially the ones usually overlooked.

The rest comes with the free account.

03 · Go deeperIn the course

"Choosing your agile approach": every module, every exercise assessed.

For anyone who has to choose between frameworks rather than apply one. In the conversation practice, Kai plays the sponsor who has promised the board a date and a scope and wants to hear a yes. You see his role profile first, and afterwards you get a verdict, not praise.

  • Outcome: a backlog with user stories and MoSCoW prioritisation
  • Kai assesses every course exercise, no limit
  • At the end: a certificate of completion once you have finished all lessons and rated the course

03 · What's included

Praxis in thirty seconds.

Praxis is Agile Forge's learning platform for project leads and teams. You learn by practising: on a case project or on your own work, in conversation with Kai, in short exercises. Every submission is checked against fixed criteria.

There are also free calculators and templates, a community for questions and an app for a little practice every day. You start wherever you are.

Courses and assessed exercises

No multiple choice: you hand in a document, and it gets read

Three courses: Choosing your agile approach, Managing projects with AI, Getting results into operations. Kai checks every course exercise against a rubric fixed in advance and asks follow-up questions instead of handing out praise. You rehearse difficult conversations first: Kai plays the other side and does not give in.

Objects to the AI tool. Knows the co-determination rules and distrusts assurances without something in writing.

The app "Praxis: Project Management"

A daily impulse from project work. Plus courses with assessed exercises.

An impulse is a knowledge card or a situation where you make the call. Three a day without an account, five with one, plus saved progress and a league. In the app, learning is allowed to be playful. At the end of a path Kai assesses your final answer, once per path. Impulses are only in the app, for Android.
