You are given the value stream figures for the charge-point application: around 30 working days of lead time, of which barely two hours are actual work. Four departments, each of them fast on its own.
02 · Your task
Formulate a testable improvement hypothesis — if we change X, then metric Y improves from A to B within Z. Plus a measurement plan that works without evaluating individual people.
03 · What Kai checks

06 — Frequently asked questions
Why not just take a course on a marketplace?
A fair question. There's no shortage of video courses on this subject, often at a third of the price. Three differences that explain the higher price: Exercises that push back: Kai reads what you've written and follows up wherever the argument is thin. No completion tick for pressing play — a response to your actual work. One trainer, not a catalogue: These courses come from someone who also teaches this material in the classroom. Your questions reach him in the course community, not a forum with ten thousand other learners. Written for European projects: Examples from European projects and governance under EU law rather than US rules — none of it adapted from a US course.
Does this course prepare me for ITIL certification?
No, and that is deliberate. The course uses ITIL (version 5) as a shared vocabulary and an overview map, but teaches how to apply it rather than how to pass an exam. For official certification you need accredited PeopleCert training.
Do I need a programming or IT background?
No. Technical topics such as CI/CD are explained at concept level — so that you, as a project lead, can ask the right questions without building a pipeline yourself.
Can I do the exercises with a real case of my own?
Yes, and that is the route I recommend. Every exercise works with a process from your own organisation. If you don't have one to hand, carry on with the Elmsworth Utilities case study that runs through the course.
What is Kai?
Kai is the AI learning assistant built into every course. He checks your exercises against a rubric set in advance and tells you where your answer doesn't hold up. How long do I have access to the course?
Access doesn't expire — you keep it for as long as the course stays on the platform. Updates are included.
Can I get a refund?
Access is unlocked immediately after payment. That ends the statutory right of withdrawal — you confirm this explicitly at checkout (§ 356 (5) German Civil Code). Instead, I make you a voluntary promise: if the course is not right for you, write to info@agile-forge.com within 14 days of your purchase, tell me why, and you get your money back. Is VAT shown separately?
No. I fall under the German small-business rule (§ 19 UStG): the price shown is the final price. You receive an invoice, but you cannot reclaim input VAT from it.
