Agile & AI training, workshops & consulting for your teams

A single workshop rarely changes how a team works. So an engagement does not start with choosing a format but with a conversation about what prompted it. And it need not end with the last session: with a team licence, people can build at their own pace on what the workshop started, with exercises that are assessed rather than simply ticked off.

The database sits in Frankfurt, processing is covered by an Article 28 GDPR agreement, and the language model does not use your input for training. Other processors (hosting, sign-in, bot protection) are based in the US under standard contractual clauses; every recipient is named in the privacy policy.

Learning progress is visible to the manager, not across the team: no leaderboard, no comparison between individuals. That follows Article 5(1)(c) GDPR and § 87(1) No. 6 of the German Works Constitution Act — the provision the works council argues about in the conversation practice.

01 — Formats

Four formats, and when each one works

In-house Training

Training at your company, on site or online. I match content, examples and pace to your teams.

  • 1–3 day workshops
  • Max. 15 participants

Team Coaching

Long-term support for your agile teams. I work with your people on the work that's already in their backlog, in the project rather than a seminar room.

  • Monthly coaching packages

  • Stakeholder communication

Transformation Support

Want to go agile but not sure where to start? I help you introduce Scrum, Kanban or a hybrid model, with a clear roadmap.

AI Integration & Strategy

AI literacy for project teams, from the basics to safe day-to-day use. Since February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required providers and deployers to ensure their staff have adequate AI literacy.

  • AI literacy workshops (Art. 4 EU AI Act)
  • Use cases & governance in project work
  • Team licences for the AI courses included

02 — Team licences

Several seats, one invoice.

When several people in one organisation are taking a course, buying seats one at a time is rarely the right route. Every seat gets the same course. The manager sees the progress, finance gets one invoice.

  • A separate account for each person, with the full course
  • Progress overview for the team
  • One invoice to the company address
  • Conversation practice included in every team licence

What it costs

Courseper seat (1–4)per seat, 5+ (−20%)
Mastering Agile Project ManagementUntil 31 Oct · then 149 €99 €79.20 €
AI-Powered Project ManagementUntil 31 Oct · then 229 €149 €119.20 €

Final prices. No VAT is charged or shown.

For up to four seats, each seat costs the same as an individual purchase. What the licence saves there is not money but effort: one account per person, one invoice, one view of progress instead of separate purchases. From five seats, every seat is 20% off, so five seats cost the same as four.

For 25 seats or more I can put together an individual quote on request, for example with an invoice on payment terms or combined with a workshop. Tell me how many seats you need.

Team licence agreements are entered into exclusively with businesses (§ 14 German Civil Code); the statutory right of withdrawal under § 355 does not apply. The number of seats is agreed when ordering.

03 — Included in every team licence

Practise difficult conversations before they happen

Included in every team licence: Kai, the AI learning assistant, plays the person on the other side of the table: the kind of counterpart on whom methods tend to fail in practice. Your people lead the conversation, meet pushback instead of agreement, and get an assessment afterwards. They can repeat it as often as they like, so nobody has to learn this for the first time in a live escalation.

Every role comes with a profile: what this person is measured on, how they come across, and what won't get through to them. You choose the opening situation, so your people can practise the same role more than once. Which counterparts appear depends on the course.

  • A sponsor who wants date and scope fixed at the same time
  • A developer who calls the plan unrealistic
  • A works council that pushes back on the rollout of an AI tool

05 — Enquiry

Tell me what you need.

Start with what prompted the enquiry. You will receive a proposal covering scope, approach and price, and if training will not solve the problem, the proposal says so. I usually reply within one working day.

I use your details solely to process this enquiry. See the privacy policy.

06 — Common questions from organisations

Questions organisations ask

How does an engagement start?

With a conversation about what prompted the enquiry — not about a framework. That conversation leads to a proposal covering scope, approach and price. If it emerges that training will not solve the problem, the proposal says so.

Which formats, locations and languages are available?

Training and workshops run on site or online; coaching is mostly remote, so it sits within day-to-day work rather than alongside it. Both German and English are available across the courses and the live formats — mixed-language teams are the norm, not the exception.

Where is the data stored, and is it used to train AI models?

Platform data is hosted in Frankfurt, in the EU, with a provider certified to SOC 2 and ISO 27001, under a data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. The language model behind the exercises processes input as a data processor and does not use it to train its models. The authoritative details, including the full list of recipients, are in the privacy policy.

What happens after the workshop?

With a team licence, participants can keep practising afterwards at their own pace. On its own, a single session rarely carries over into day-to-day work.

Which industries does the experience come from?

More than ten years of project work across ten industries, from mid-sized firms to large corporates, working with ITIL 4 and 5, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum, Kanban and DevOps. What that means for your situation is a question for the first conversation — industry experience is no substitute for knowing your organisation.

What is the difference between a workshop, training and consulting?

A workshop settles an open question within a few days. Training builds capability across several sessions. Consulting supports delivery over a longer period. When each format makes sense is covered in detail in the article on agile transformation.
