A mid-sized company is launching a new customer app. Five people on the team, each with their own strengths and gaps — from the product manager with no technical background to the part-time tester.
02 · Your task
Assign a primary role to each team member and justify every assignment in one sentence. Is there someone you would have to give two roles — and why is that a problem?
03 · What Kai checks
Whether a problematic dual role was identified and named, which conflicts follow from it, and whether each assignment is actually argued for, not just asserted.
Then you revise your answer on the points he raised. Only after that do you move on.

Not to be held again to a plan he never believed in. His word carries weight on the team, and he intends to keep it that way. Reassurance. Talk of confidence and motivation tells him nobody was listening.
Before the conversation you see the role profile and pick the opening situation. Afterwards you get a debrief: what was persuasive, which counter-argument you left unanswered, and one line you could have said instead, written out in full.

06 — Frequently asked questions
Why not just take a course on a marketplace?
A fair question. There's no shortage of video courses on this subject, often at a third of the price. Three differences that explain the higher price: Exercises that push back: Kai reads what you've written and follows up wherever the argument is thin. No completion tick for pressing play — a response to your actual work. One trainer, not a catalogue: These courses come from someone who also teaches this material in the classroom. Your questions reach him in the course community, not a forum with ten thousand other learners. Written for European projects: Examples from European projects and governance under EU law rather than US rules — none of it adapted from a US course.
Do I need prior knowledge?
No. The course starts with the question of what a project is and builds from there. If you already know Scrum, the framework comparison in module 3 is where the course starts paying off.
Does the course prepare you for the official AgilePM® exam?
AgilePM is one of the four frameworks in the course; roles, phases, MoSCoW and timeboxing are covered in depth. The course is not accredited training — you book the exam separately with an accredited provider.
What is Kai?
Kai is the AI learning assistant built into every course. He checks your exercises against a rubric set in advance and tells you where your answer doesn't hold up. He answers questions right in the lessons and, in conversation practice, takes on a project role so you can rehearse the difficult conversation. How long do I have access to the course?
Access doesn't expire — you keep it for as long as the course stays on the platform. Updates are included.
Can I get a refund?
Access is unlocked immediately after payment. That ends the statutory right of withdrawal — you confirm this explicitly at checkout (§ 356 (5) German Civil Code). Instead, I make you a voluntary promise: if the course is not right for you, write to info@agile-forge.com within 14 days of your purchase, tell me why, and you get your money back. Your note helps me improve the course; it is not a condition of the refund.
Is VAT shown separately?
No. I fall under the German small-business rule (§ 19 UStG): the price shown is the final price. You receive an invoice, but you cannot reclaim input VAT from it.
Can I use the course on my smartphone?
Yes. Praxis runs as a web app on any device. You can also add it to your phone's home screen, where it works like an app without going through an app store.
